Business Enquiries
The AA Shop website (shop.aa.co.nz) is intended for individual consumer purchases only. It is not suitable for business or bulk orders. If a business customer makes a purchase through the website, they will not be eligible for any bulk discounts, customised pricing, or features that may otherwise be available to business clients.

Order Confirmation
By placing a business/bulk order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions (Business & Bulk Terms), as well as the terms found on the document “Application to Open an Account for Credit New Zealand Automobile Association” (provided as a separate attachment) and at https://shop.aa.co.nz/pages/information. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. -
Pricing and Discounts
Bulk pricing and discounts are applied at the discretion of AA Shop. Prices are provided during the order process and may vary depending on quantity and stock levels. -
Payment & Terms
Payment can be made either by credit/debit card at shop.aa.co.nz by manual invoice produced by the AA Shop team and sent to the customer via email, or by direct billing with an NZAA credit account.
- To be eligible for direct billing, the customer must be set up as an NZAA business customer. This process can be completed via email prior to purchase.

Shipping
Shipping fees and timelines are determined at the time of order and will be included in your quote/invoice. -
Cancellations and Returns
Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours of order confirmation. Returns or exchanges are subject to our returns policy found at https://shop.aa.co.nz/pages/information#returns.
- Custom or bulk orders may not be eligible for returns. Eligibility will be at the discretion of AA on a case-by-case basis.

Amendments
AA reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice. Any order placed after these terms have been amended constitutes acceptance of the new terms. -
Priority of Terms
Should there be any conflict between these terms and any other terms, policies, or documents, the following order of priority shall apply: (i) Business & Bulk Terms; (ii) Application to Open an Account for Credit; (iii) any online terms incorporated by reference; and (iv) any policies or other documents incorporated by reference. -
