AA Members receive discounts on many products in the shop. If you’re an AA Member you’ll need to enter your personal AA Membership number when adding the product to your cart.

Refund and Returns
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund and an exchange where goods are faulty, wrongly described or do not do what they’re supposed to do.
If the goods are damaged or faulty, refunds or exchanges will only be given once the goods are confirmed as damaged or faulty. Once the goods have been confirmed as damaged or faulty by the AA, we’ll either replace them or provide a refund; please inform us which option you prefer. If you require a replacement, we’ll wait for the damaged / faulty goods to be returned before dispatching a new one.
If the goods were wrongly supplied or do not do what they’re supposed to do, we’ll give you a full refund (including any postage costs incurred) within thirty days of us receiving the goods back. You must take reasonable care of the goods and packaging whilst they’re in your possession to ensure that, as far as practicable, they’re returned in ‘as new’ ‘as delivered’ condition, suitable for resale.
If you wish to return goods purchased online, please notify us within 30 days following receipt by emailing us at retail@shop.aa.co.nz
Delivery
For New Zealand orders, items will cost $8.99 including GST to courier anywhere within New Zealand. Multiple items purchased in the same order are covered under the $8.99 fee. Your items should be delivered to you within seven working days or less.
A signature will be required to accept delivery. Please provide an address where someone will be able to receive the items. Please note that we are unable to ship to a PO Box or Private Bag.
For international orders, please email retail@shop.aa.co.nz and mention the products you’re interested in purchasing.
AA Membership Gift Packs have no delivery charge. If an AA Membership Gift Pack is ordered with any other item, these will be sent separately.
